Participation Waiver

Any person entering the facility, whether climbing or spectating, must have a current Visitor Agreement on file at Bliss Climbing and Fitness.

• If you are under 18, you cannot complete your own Visitor Agreement under any circumstances.
• For minors, the Visitor Agreement must be completed only by a parent or a court-appointed legal guardian. Unless you have formal court-appointed guardianship, you are not a legal guardian. This includes grandparents, siblings, coaches, or friends’ parents.
• If you are 18 or older, you must complete your own Visitor Agreement. Unless another adult has formal power of attorney to sign legal documents on your behalf, no one else may complete it for you.

EACH MINOR'S LIABILITY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY A PARENT OR COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN. IF WE DO NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE OF A PARENT OR COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN, THE CHILD WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
